JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGN/PHOTOGRAPHER

We are seeking a creative and detail orientated Junior Graphic Designer with photography experience to join our growing team. The Junior Graphic Designer’s role will visually express the Parterre brand through various creative platforms both internally and to the A&D community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executes design concepts for internal and external print and digital communications including, but not limited to brand collateral, event marketing and presentations, sales support materials, communications, website and social media assets
  • Develops standardized templates for core branded items (e.g. Word and PowerPoint documents, email templates, technical documents, etc.) and executes these on a consistent basis
  • Assists in the management of and execution of multimedia requirements of various marketing initiatives including (and not limited to): graphic design, photography and videos
  • Performs light in-house product, project, and interior photography to support various marketing initiatives including social media
  • Maintains internal media asset archives – in-house photography, video, project files, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; proficient in Lightroom, a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience using email campaign software (MailChimp)
  • Understanding of basic photography principles, studio lighting and photo retouching
  • Video experience a plus
  • Creative design experience is a must with forward mindset, great time management skills and adaptive design eye and skill
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and external creative vendors
  • Familiarity with current and emerging design trends and technologies
  • A passion for the arts, and an appreciation for interior furnishings

INBOUND SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact between Parterre and the A&D community. We are looking for an individual who is driven, and excited to represent a growing national brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to all qualified leads and inquiries (phone and email) in a timely fashion, assisting potential customers by discussing the brand and educating them on the benefits of the product.
  • Execute sales-qualifying procedures to understand the need of the customer and to route the lead to the appropriate sales member or support team; determine the potential for generating the sale.
  • Perform light outbound sales support and effort for various identified opportunities.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all interactions with customers and the sales and internal departments via CRM, providing detailed feedback and recommending next steps; building and establishing relationships with sales team is key.
  • Track all leads from contact to deal; use practical experience to maintain sales mapping process.
  • Assist sales team with prospecting efforts utilizing internal marketing tools and developing a plan for execution.
  • Assist with maintaining the inbound lead process by suggesting tools to enhance the process and creating email templates, documents, etc. to support the role.
  • Performs regular reporting and communications, and shares best practices with management and team.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of inside sales and/or leading nurturing experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM platform and tools, such as Sugar or Salesforce; knowledge of CMS platforms, such as HubSpot, a plus.
  • Effective use of customer information, sales resources and databases to maximize productivity.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize opportunities to ensure effective and timely follow-up.
  • Flexible to immediate or unforeseen challenges and able to be persist while maintaining strong, customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • You have a track record of effective sales presentation and sales success or have demonstrated excellent lead development.
  • You are self-motivated, driven to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess highly effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • You have proven success in a consultative, structured inside sales environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with interior furnishings such as flooring or related field including the A&D community, a plus.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to interact with customers and our North America sales team of more than 50 representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with sales force and customers by providing full service phone and email support.
  • Assist sales force and customers with inventory checks communication product availability.
  • Manage orders from order entry to obtaining freight quotes to arranging shipments.
  • Processing sample orders for architects, interior designers and flooring contractors.
  • Display a positive attitude and a friendly personality toward salesforce, customers and general customer service inquires.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least one year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Must have at least a high school diploma.
  • Clear and concise speaking voice and communication skill, verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Strong command of the English language.
