New Concrete Designs Added to Fused Collection

Three new concrete designs are being added to Parterre’s Fused Luxury Vinyl Tile collection — a move that brings even more design versatility to Parterre’s growing selection of luxury vinyl flooring products.

The new additions to the collection, formerly known as FusedToo Resilient Tile, involve a variety of concrete and stone-inspired designs — in nine different color options.

The addition of the three new designs — Concrete, District and Terminal — means Parterre’s Fused collection now offers a total of 36 luxury vinyl tile patterns and colors — all of which are meant to reflect life in the city.

“The look of concrete, particularly in the retail and hospitality industries, is an upward design trend,” said Parterre President T. Fred Roche. “And with our new Fused products, you get the popular, concrete designs, but with the added flexibility of luxury vinyl.”

Here’s a closer look at Parterre’s three new concrete design options:

Concrete —A Stained Look and Industrial Design with an Aged Texture.

From buildings to sidewalks, the look of stained concrete is universal. An edgy design with an aged texture, Concrete has a stone characteristic to it that adds an energetic feel anywhere it’s installed, working especially well in retail, hospitality and corporate settings.

The new flooring design comes in two colors — Pewter and Coffee — both of which are available in a 12” x 24” size, in a commercial construction. Reminiscent of a cup of coffee, Coffee has a cooler gray coming through its beige color, whereas Pewter has a cooler gray base with warmer accents and flecks of white.

“Our latest design for Fused provides a similar, but vinyl alternative to using actual concrete,” said Parterre President T. Fred Roche. “Combining the look of real concrete with the flexibility luxury vinyl brings makes our design, Concrete, an ideal choice for any commercial setting.”

District — A City-Inspired Concrete Design That Is Rich in Color.

Whether it’s the financial or theater district, each area of a city has its own evident vibe, and the same goes for District. Rich in color and natural in looks, District’s speckled concrete design has a mix of colors that is ideal for creating a unique environment anywhere it’s installed.

District is available in three colors — Vault, Marquis and Shadow — all of which are available in an 18” x 18” size, in a commercial construction.

“There’s a certain feel to a city’s financial district,” said designer Roche Fitzgerald when referring to the inspiration for the speckled gray Vault. “And with the blues and oranges in Marquis it’s the bright lights in a theater district, and for Shadow the dark browns, grays and blacks represent the shadows that skyscrapers and structures cast down on a city.”

Terminal — A Softer and More Classic Terrazzo Concrete Design.

Inspired by the classic structures and landmarks of the city, Terminal offers a subtle, yet detailed concrete design. Pairing well with today’s accents, Terminal has soft colors and textures with non-directional specks throughout its design.

This new flooring design comes in four gray, amber and cream colors — Escape, Rail, Graybar and Dusk — all of which are available in a 12” x 24” size, in a commercial construction.

Suitable for any industry, even soft enough for healthcare, Terminal still has a city feel to it that fits perfectly in the Fused collection.

The trio of new concrete designs blends well with current collection favorites like Scrapyard, Park Bench and Infrastructure, providing Fused with unique concrete and stone options.

Working well in all industries, luxury vinyl tile and plank options from the Fused collection come in a variation of sizes, all in a commercial construction. The new products, along with the current products in the Fused collection, were created using a heat-infused technology known as the hot press method.

Fused luxury vinyl tile features multiple layers of backing that are fused together, thereby creating a tighter bond for a more stable product. Like all of Parterre’s luxury vinyl tile products, Fused flooring features an ultra-clear, high-performance wear layer that is easy to maintain and that resists staining and scuffing. The result is a beautiful floor that is both long lasting and durable.
